Eligibility: This auction is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. By placing a bid, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and accept these terms and conditions.
Auction Period: The auction begins immediately upon publication of the items on our website (fwf.net.nz) and in-person viewings and ends at 5pm on the 1st of July. Any bids received after this time will not be considered.
Bidding Process: Bids can be placed both in-person and online at fwf.net.nz. Bidders must complete all mandatory fields in the bidding form for online bidding. All bids are considered to be final and binding.
Payment: The highest bidder for each item at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner and will be required to pay the bid amount in full. Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction closing, failing which the Foundation may offer the item to the next highest bidder.
Delivery of Items: Winning bidders are responsible for the collection or delivery of items. Specific instructions will be communicated to winners upon conclusion of the auction.
Liability: The Fiordland Wapiti Foundation is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of auction items, and all items are sold “as is”. Please ensure you understand the specifics of an item before placing a bid.
Jurisdiction: The auction is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or relating to the auction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
By placing a bid, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this auction. Your participation signifies your understanding, acceptance, and compliance with these rules. The Fiordland Wapiti Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
